Grape Varieties: Muscat Petits-Grains
Terroir: Parcels located on the northern slope of the lesser Luberon range, down to the southern end of the Calavon river. Primarily sandy-clay soils.
Winemaking: Hand-harvested overmatured grapes, which are de-stemmed and undergo direct-pressing. The must is partially fermented at low temperature and fortified with the addition of alcohol.
Tasting Notes: Golden robe with straw-yellow tints.
Rich and mellow nose, with intense exotic, honey and pear nuances.
Generous on the palate, with sweet aromas of pineapple, lychee, honey and white peach. The finale is exceptionally light and fruity.
