Grape Varieties: 60 % Muscat de Hambourg & 40 % Muscat Petits-Grains

Terroir: Clay and sandy soil with very little limestone.
Vine about thirty years old, trained in double Rayat cordon, and located on the northern slope of the Petit Luberon.
Controlled permanent grassing. Windy area that allows to reach interesting concentrations and maturities.

Winemaking: Direct pressing, static settling for 48 hours, then fermentation at 13°C in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of the aromas. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation, we carry out a racking of cleanliness in order to preserve the fine lees and to eliminate the most coarse. Aging and suspension of the lees for 4 months to ensure roundness and suppleness in mouth.
