Production: Le Marc de La Royère is a liquor made from pomace that is leftover in the winemaking of our AOP Luberon appellation wines.
The pomace is distilled in a copper alembic still in order to obtain the liquor, which is similar to Italian Grappa.
Tasting Notes: Fruity and aromatic, can be served at room temperature or slightly chilled.
Alcohol Content: 45% vol.
