LE ROMARIN – MARC DE LA ROYÈRE
Rosemary Infused Marc de La Royère
Production: Le Romarin – Marc de La Royère is a liquor made from pomace that is leftover in the winemaking of our AOP Luberon appellation wines and sprigs of rosemary.
The pomace is distilled in a copper alembic still in order to obtain the liquor, which is similar to Italian Grappa. Rosemary sprigs are added and left to macerate over 80 days.
Tasting Notes: Fruity and oaky, should be served at room temperature.
For cocktails, blends beautifully with honey (from La Royère obviously !) and lime in a ti-punch styled drink or shaken.
Alcohol Content: 44% vol.
