Production :  “Green fruity” extra virgin olive oil from the first cold pressing, made from olives from our own harvest.

Varieties :  80% Aglandau, 20% Picholine

Characteristics :  This olive oil is a blend of Aglandau and Picholine varieties, harvested in November while still green. It is distinguished by its pronounced aromatic richness: the Picholine brings a lovely intensity to the nose, while the Aglandau offers a slightly tangy flavor on the palate, with balanced bitterness and a peppery note on the finish, due to its natural richness in antioxidants. Perfect for enhancing your dressings and Mediterranean dishes.
